Mousover und so...

Hi Mike, brauch mal wieder deine Hilfe (oder auch von jemand anderem ;-)).
Wenn ich einen Hyperlink erstelle ist es ja immer blau und unterstrichen und so. Wie kann ich es ändern das es ganz normal ist ohne mousover, unterstrichen etc.?
Hier mal ein Beispiel:
